Welcome to the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation course.

Here are a few guidelines to enhance your course experience:

1. Shower and change into fresh clean clothes for each session.
2. Finish your meal at least 1.5hrs before the session begins.
3. Turn off your mobile phone or put it on vibrate mode.
4. Use the bathroom before the session begins, as there will be no breaks in between the session.
5. Keep a bottle of water ready and nearby, for your own refreshment.
6. Prepare a yoga mat (if you have) and some cushions to keep you comfortable.
7. Be at the venue 10 minutes before each session.

We have arranged an orientation to prepare you for the program. Orientation is scheduled on Monday 19/1/26 at 8:30 – 9pm.
